Emotions

This list gives you some fundamental words to aid you in your journey of moving forward. It is not extensive, but it will begin to help you identify what you are feeling.

Here’s a helpful tip:

Throughout the day, pause and ask yourself, “What am I feeling right now?” Don’t worry about how well you identify the emotion, just go with your gut. The more you do this little exercise, the better you will get at emotional awareness.

Having emotional awareness is a huge skill for walking in emotional intelligence (EQ).

This will also help you resolve issues in Prayer Ministry Devotions.
